1880's Reproduction

This 1880′s Reproduction Cuckoo is my favorite.  This cuckoo fits in so beautifully in our home because of the antique wood furniture in our dining room, it compliments the room!

This beautiful chalet style German cuckoo clock features wooden hands, a wood dial with Roman numerals, and a warm light yellow hand-painted and hand-carved cuckoo bird. This cuckoo clock is modeled after cuckoo clocks that were made in the 1800′s.  The clock case has intricate hand-carved vines with maple leaves around its perimeter.   Two cast iron pine cone weights are suspended beneath the clock case by two separate brass chains.

This Cuckoo clock was hand carved by artisans following the German clock makers of the 1800′s.
